Study on HW and Inflammation and Flexibility

Free radicals in the body are a major contributor to oxidative stress which in turn can cause disease and inflammation. Hydrogen Water’s anti-inflammatory properties fight free radicals in our bodies neutralising the harmful effects and protects our cells from the effects of oxidative stress.
After a 4 week study on 20 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, all patients achieved remission and 20% became symptom free after drinking 0.5 litres of hydrogen water daily.
Another small study on healthy, 30 year olds was conducted. Some consumed 1.5L of Hydrogen Water daily for 4 weeks and some consumed normal water. A greater antioxidant capacity and therefore inflammatory responses was recorded in those who consumed the Hydrogen Water in comparison with those who drank plain water.
Molecular hydrogen (H2) also had anti-inflammatory effects in many animal studies.
